Manner of representation

A) To represent the association, conclude agreements, including property agreements, and grant powers of attorney on behalf of the association, subject to paragraph 2 below, two members of the management board acting jointly are authorized. B) To represent the association in administrative or court proceedings and in contacts with public administration authorities, each member of the management board is authorized to act independently.
