Manner of representation

I. For the validity of declarations of will, as well as all letters concerning the property rights and obligations of the association, the signatures of two members of the management board, including the President of the Management Board, also referred to as the Team Manager, are required, subject to paragraph 2. II. For liabilities whose value exceeds PLN 5,000, their validity requires the joint action and signatures of three members of the management board, including the President of the Management Board, also referred to as the Team Manager, and the treasurer.
