Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the association and in all matters except property matters may be made independently by each member of the management board. In property matters, the signatures of at least two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President and the Vice-President, are required, subject to § 21 point 6 (in agreements between the association and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by a member of the audit committee indicated in a resolution of that body).
