Manner of representation

Those authorized to make declarations of will in property matters within the competence of the management board are the Chairperson of the management board, or a member of the management board authorized by the Chairperson, together with the treasurer. The effective making of a declaration of will requires the joint action of two persons, including the treasurer. In matters exceeding the ordinary scope of management of the property, and in particular in matters concerning the acquisition, disposal and transfer of fixed assets, a resolution of the General Meeting of Members of the union or of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Members of the union is required.
