Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in all matters except property matters may be made by each member of the foundation’s management board independently. 2. In property matters, declarations of will and financial liabilities on behalf of the foundation may be made: a. up to PLN 20,000.00 (in words: twenty thousand zlotys) – by the President of the foundation’s management board individually; b. up to PLN 50,000.00 (in words: fifty thousand zlotys) – the signature of the President of the management board and the Vice-President of the management board is required; c. if the amount of liabilities exceeds PLN 50,000.00 (in words: fifty thousand zlotys), the signatures of the President and Vice-President of the foundation’s management board are required, and decisions are adopted by the ordinary majority of votes of the Founders’ Convent, in the form of a resolution.
