Spodziewany horyzont czasowy, kiedy przychody kasowe z tyt. najmu i opłat eksploatacyjnych będą w stanie pokrywać wszystkie koszty utrzymania nieruchomości i obsługi finansowania dłużnego to 30 czerwca 2026 roku. W dniu 22 kwietnia 2026 roku Spółka uzyskała list wsparcia od EnLin Form a.s.. W ocenie Zarządu Spółka posiada środki zapewniające dalsze prowadzenie projektu
