Manner of representation

§ 53 1. For documents to be valid in matters concerning the Society’s property rights and obligations, the signatures of the President or Vice-President and the treasurer of the Society’s Main Management Board, or of an authorized member of the Presidium, are required. 2. For documents referred to in paragraph 1 which fall within the scope of activity of local organizational units that have obtained a power of attorney from the Main Management Board, the signatures of the President and the treasurer of the Branch Management Board are required. § 54 1. For documents and powers of attorney other than those specified in § 53 which fall within the scope of activity of the Main Management Board, the signatures of the President or Vice-President and the Secretary or the Secretary’s deputy are required. 2. For documents referred to in paragraph 1 which fall within the scope of activity of local organizational units, the signatures of the President and the Secretary or treasurer of the Branch Management Board are required.
