Manner of representation

The association is represented at the workplace and externally by: a) the Chairperson of the Association; b) other persons who are members of the association, within the limits specified in authorisations granted by the Chairperson; c) the persons referred to in points a and b are authorised to act independently. Methods of representing the association in property matters: a) the Chairperson of the Association or a member of the management board authorised by the Chairperson is authorised to make declarations of will in property matters falling within the competence of the management board; b) the joint action of two persons is necessary for the effective making of the aforementioned declaration of will.
