1. The Contractor undertakes to dismantle the existing handrails and manufacture, deliver and install 4 outdoor stair handrails at ul. Włoska in Tarnowskie Góry, totalling 10 linear metres, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to this Agreement and the Contractor's tender constituting Annex No. 2 to the Agreement. 2. The scope includes all measurements and preparatory work; manufacture of steel handrails from Ø 42 mm tubes, 1.1 m high, with two coats of anticorrosive primer and one top coat, RAL 7005; construction of suitable concrete foundations; transport; securing the site; dismantling and disposal of waste; and site cleanup. 3. From the commencement of the works, the Contractor shall ensure effective fencing and marking of the work area and protect pedestrians, taking into account the immediate proximity of a public road and parking spaces within the road area. In particular, the Contractor shall prevent the use of hazardous sections of the stairs or provide a safe alternative route, in agreement with the Contracting Authority. The Contractor shall not leave unsecured stairs or uncovered excavations, including outside working hours.

1.1 The subject of the contract includes the installation, removal, positioning and repositioning of road signs, posts and street-name plates, the installation and maintenance of road barriers, and the implementation of traffic organization changes, including: a) Positioning new road-sign posts made of galvanized steel pipes with a minimum diameter of 60 mm, with anchor and cap, average length 3.5 m, b) Installation and removal of a salvaged post (including repositioning the post) made of a steel pipe with a minimum diameter of 60 mm, c) Attaching new road-sign plates in categories A, B, C, D, E, F, G, U, T and other plates with an area up to 0.3 m2, including “mini” signs, d) Attaching new road-sign plates in categories A, B, C, D, E, F, G, U, T and other plates with an area above 0.3 m2, e) Attaching new road-sign plates A-7, B-2, B-20, D-6, D-6a, D-6b with an area above 0.3 m2, made of second-generation reflective sheeting, f) Removing road-sign plates and other plates, including street-name plates, and installing a salvaged sign face (repositioning and refastening plates), g) Installing 1 new element of a modular speed bump (straight or end element), h) Removing 1 speed-bump element (all types) and installing a salvaged speed-bump element, i) Installing a new U-18a road mirror with a diameter of 900 mm or U-18b mirror measuring 1000 x 800 mm, j) Installing new road-sign posts made of steel pipes with a diameter of 50 mm – equivalent to installing a U-5b obstacle delineator post with a C-9 sign with a diameter of 4
