Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board and the remaining members of the management board, within the scope of their duties, are authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, including appointing attorneys-in-fact for court proceedings in the matters specified in Section 6, subsections 3a, 3b and 3c of the association's articles of association. To make declarations of will on behalf of the Władysław Reymont Garden Association in matters concerning incurring financial obligations, the President of the Management Board and the Vice-President of the Management Board responsible for supervising the association's finances and assets are authorized. Two signatures are required on documents concerning the obligations incurred – those of the President and the Vice-President of the Management Board.
