Manner of representation

1. The following are authorised to submit declarations of will in property matters within the remit of the management board: the Chairperson of the Management Board or an authorised member of the management board and the treasurer. 2. The effective submission of a declaration of will requires the joint action of two persons, including the Chairperson or the treasurer of the management board. 3. In matters exceeding the ordinary scope of management of property, in particular in matters concerning the acquisition, disposal and transfer of fixed assets, a resolution of the General Meeting or Extraordinary General Meeting of the association is required.
