Manner of representation

1. Each member of the management board is authorised independently to represent the association, including to make statements of knowledge, declarations of will in non-property matters, represent it in administrative or court proceedings and in contacts with public administration bodies, subject to paragraph 2. 2. At least 2 members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to represent the association when making declarations of will in property matters, including incurring property liabilities, and to grant powers of attorney.
