Manner of representation

The management board is authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the association according to the following rules: 1. The President of the Management Board independently, if the given act is connected with incurring an obligation with a value lower than PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand złoty), calculated as the net amount excluding VAT, and in the case of obligations for an indefinite period or obligations comprising periodic performances, the value of the performances for a period of six months is taken into account; 2. In cases not specified above, declarations of will on behalf of the association are made by two members of the management board acting jointly.
