Manner of representation

1. The management board independently represents SOD in court, administrative, tax and property matters and in incurring property obligations. 2. In the matters specified in paragraph 1, the President of the Management Board together with another member of the management board are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of SOD, including to appoint attorneys-in-fact for court proceedings. In the event of such inability, the Vice-President and another member of the management board are authorised to perform the acts referred to in paragraph 2. 3. Declarations of will on behalf of SOD in other matters are made after the management board of SOD has given its consent to such act.
