Manner of representation

For making declarations of will in all matters of the foundation, including property matters, concluding agreements and granting powers of attorney, the President of the Foundation or the Vice-President of the Foundation is authorised independently. The remaining members of the management board represent the foundation in such a way that making declarations of will on behalf of the foundation requires the joint action of two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the Foundation or the Vice-President of the Foundation.
