Manner of representation

1. For making declarations of will and signing documents in non-property matters, each member of the management board, the commercial proxy and the attorney-in-fact is authorised to act independently within the scope of their authorisation. 2. In the case of a management board consisting of two or more persons, each member of the management board and the commercial proxy is authorised to make declarations on behalf of the company resulting in the disposal of a right whose value does not exceed the PLN equivalent of PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand), inclusive, or in the creation of an obligation to perform with a value in PLN of up to PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zlotys), inclusive, independently. 3. In the case of a management board consisting of two or more persons, joint action by two members of the management board or by one member of the management board together with the commercial proxy is required for making declarations on behalf of the company resulting in the disposal of a right whose value exceeds the PLN equivalent of PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand), or in the creation of an obligation to perform with a value in PLN above PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand zlotys).
