Manner of representation

1. The association is represented by the Chairperson or Vice-Chairpersons of the association or other persons authorised by the management board of the association. 2. The management board of the association may authorise persons to represent the association, specifying the scope of such authorisation. 3. The authorisation to incur financial obligations on behalf of the association is vested in the Chairperson and the presidium of the management board up to the amount determined by a resolution of the management board of the association. 4. The Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson authorised by the Chairperson, or a person holding a power of attorney granted by the Chairperson is authorised to conduct legal representation.
