Manner of representation

¤ Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by each member of the foundation’s management board independently. ¤ The foundation’s obligations exceeding PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand and 00/100) require declarations of will by at least two members of the management board, in writing (if, at the time the declaration is made, the foundation’s management board consists of two or more members). If the amount of an obligation incurred by the foundation exceeds PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand and 00/100), this requires declarations of will by all members of the foundation’s management board, made in writing (if, at the time the declaration is made, the foundation’s management board consists of two or more members).
