Manner of representation

1. For submitting declarations of will in all matters, including property matters of the association, entering into agreements and granting powers of attorney on behalf of the association, two members of the management board acting jointly and in agreement are authorized, provided that one of them must be the President or Vice-President of the management board. 2. In agreements between the association and a member of the management board, and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by a member of the audit committee designated in a resolution of that body, or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the general meeting of members.
