Manner of representation

For entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will in property matters, the signatures of two members of the management board authorised by the management board are required. The association has two-person joint representation. For the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents concerning the association’s property rights and obligations, the signatures of the President and the treasurer, or of the Vice-President and the treasurer, are required. For making declarations of will on behalf of the association in matters other than property matters, the President or the Vice-President is authorised.
