Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in both property and non-property matters are made independently by the President of the Management Board. In the case of a multi-member management board, for declarations of will on behalf of the foundation to be valid in property matters: A) with a value not exceeding PLN 10,000.00 /ten thousand zlotys/ – one member of the management board – independently; B) with a value exceeding PLN 10,000.00 /ten thousand zlotys/ up to PLN 50,000.00 /fifty thousand zlotys/ – two members of the management board; C) with a value exceeding PLN 50,000.00 /fifty thousand zlotys/ – two members of the management board jointly with the countersignature of the founder. In the case of a multi-member management board, each member of the management board is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation individually in the remaining matters.
