Manner of representation

1. The President of the Association has the right to incur and release from liabilities independently, or the treasurer and a member of the management board acting jointly, subject to paragraphs 3 and 4. 2. The President of the Association independently or two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised for ordinary representation. 3. The acquisition or disposal of real property requires a resolution of the General Meeting. 4. The acquisition or disposal of movable property, or the incurring of liabilities in an amount exceeding PLN 1,000.00 (in words: one thousand PLN), requires the joint action of the President of the Association and the treasurer, or of either of these persons jointly with another member of the management board (two-person representation).
