Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by: the President of the management board, or two members of the management board acting jointly. 2. In matters connected with incurring property obligations exceeding PLN 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand), the declaration of will, in accordance with the provision in section 1 of § 21 of the statutes, should obtain the countersignature of at least one member of the foundation council. The document concerning the declaration of will countersigned by a member of the foundation council remains in the foundation’s records. 3. Branches and other organizational units of the foundation may make declarations concerning property rights and obligations within the limits of the authority granted by the management board.
