Manner of representation

1. In financial matters with a value exceeding PLN 4,500, joint representation by the President of the Management Board and one of the members of the management board, or joint representation by two members of the management board, is required to make declarations on behalf of the association. In financial matters with a value less than or equal to PLN 4,500, representation by the President of the Management Board independently, or by two members of the management board acting jointly, is required. 2. To make declarations of will in matters other than financial matters, representation by the President of the Management Board or by two members of the management board acting jointly is required.
