Manner of representation

1. In all matters except property matters, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by each member of the management board independently. 2. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters not related to incurring property obligations above PLN 5,000.00, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by the President of the foundation independently. 3. In property matters above PLN 5,000.00, the signature of two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President, is required.
