Manner of representation

1. In non-property matters, each member of the management board may submit declarations of will independently. 2. In property matters up to PLN 500, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the Management Board, are required. 3. In property matters exceeding PLN 500, the signatures of three members of the management board acting jointly are required. 4. In matters concerning the employment of employees, declarations of will may be submitted independently by the President of the foundation or jointly by the Vice-President and another member of the management board.
