Each member of the management board has the right and obligation to conduct the affairs of the foundation, which also covers all judicial and extrajudicial acts of the foundation. Each member of the management board is authorised independently to submit declarations on behalf of the foundation and to assume obligations on behalf of the foundation, including entering into agreements with the foundation's employees and volunteers. The assumption of a property-related obligation exceeding PLN 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand zlotys) and the disposal or acquisition of real property by the management board on behalf of the foundation require the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President of the foundation.
