For entering into agreements, incurring other obligations, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will on behalf of the association, and for representing it: 1. in transactions consisting in incurring an obligation or disposing of a right with a value exceeding PLN 2,000.00 or its equivalent, or of an unlimited amount, including, in particular, blank bills of exchange, as well as for granting general powers of attorney or commercial proxies, two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised; 2. in other transactions, the President or any other member of the management board is authorised to act independently.
