Manner of representation

The association is represented externally by the management board, on behalf of which the Chairperson of the Association's Management Board or the Vice-Chairperson of the Association's Management Board acts. The Chairperson of the Association's Management Board or the Vice-Chairperson of the Association's Management Board and a member of the Association's Management Board are authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the association in matters concerning property, acting jointly. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, in particular for the acquisition, disposal or liquidation of the association's assets, a resolution of the Association's Management Board is required.
