Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by the President of the Management Board. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters related to incurring financial liabilities, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President of the Management Board. In agreements between the foundation and the President of the Management Board, and in disputes with the President, the foundation is represented by another member of the management board acting independently. Apart from this exception, the other members of the management board have no right to represent the foundation, make declarations of will, or incur financial liabilities.
