In matters concerning the incurring of financial liabilities, such as: a) a credit facility, loan, leasing, mortgage, pledge, surety, bill of exchange, bill-of-exchange surety, or guarantee, regardless of the amount of the liability, b) in other matters in which the amount of the financial liability payable in a single payment or over at least two settlement periods is at least PLN 20,000, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the Management Board. 3. In matters concerning the employment of employees, regardless of the amount of financial liabilities incurred on behalf of the foundation, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by each member of the management board independently.
