Manner of representation

1. Each partner has the right to represent the company. 2. Each partner is independently authorised to make declarations of will concerning the company's property and non-property rights and obligations and to sign on behalf of the company where this results in the disposal of a right or the assumption of obligations up to PLN 40,000.00 (forty thousand zlotys), and above this amount the joint action of all partners is required. 3. Each partner is individually authorised to receive declarations of will, acknowledge receipt of cash or goods, and perform all other acts of ordinary management of the company's assets.
