Manner of representation

1. Roman Lis, as the majority partner of the company, is authorised to represent the company in all matters within the scope of ordinary management as well as matters exceeding ordinary management, provided that such matters do not incur obligations towards the company exceeding PLN 3,000.00 (three thousand zloty). 2. Patrycja Kolesińska, as the minority partner of the company, is authorised to represent the company in all matters within the scope of ordinary management, provided that the majority partner Roman Lis does not object to such actions. 3. Matters outside the scope of ordinary management and resulting in obligations for the company exceeding PLN 3,000.00 (three thousand zloty) require unanimous resolutions of the partners.
