Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board and the Vice-President of the Management Board acting jointly, or the President of the Management Board and the treasurer of the management board acting jointly, or the Vice-President of the Management Board and the treasurer of the management board acting jointly, are authorised to make declarations on behalf of the association, including to incur liabilities, conclude agreements and grant powers of attorney on behalf of the association. 2. Decisions concerning the acquisition, disposal and encumbrance of the association’s real property are adopted by the General Meeting of Members.
