Manner of representation

For entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will, in particular in property matters, the signature of the President of the association, or the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly, is required. To make declarations of will on behalf of the association, including in property matters, the President of the association, or two members of the management board acting jointly, are authorized.
