If the management board is a one-person management board, one member of the management board makes declarations of will on behalf of the foundation. If the management board consists of more than one member of the management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by two members of the management board acting jointly. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters involving the incurring of financial obligations up to the amount of PLN 5,000 (five thousand zloty), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made individually by each member of the foundation's management board.
