Manner of representation

1. Representing the association requires the joint action of the President and any member of the management board, or the Vice-President and any member of the management board, subject to section 2 of this paragraph. 2. For concluding contracts, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will, in particular in property matters, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly are required, consisting of the President with any member of the management board, or the Vice-President with any member of the management board, on the basis of an appropriate resolution of the management board, which must be approved by a majority of the members of the management board in an open vote.
