Manner of representation

To represent the association, including incurring property liabilities, subject to the following: a) in the case of a one-person management board – the President of the Management Board independently; b) in the case of a two-person management board – two members of the management board jointly; c) in the case of a multi-member management board – the President of the Management Board jointly with a member of the management board, or two other members of the management board acting jointly; to represent the association in administrative or court proceedings and in contacts with public administration authorities, each member of the management board is authorised individually.
