Manner of representation

1. In all matters except property matters, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by each member of the management board independently. 2. In property matters, contracts and other financial obligations without a monetary limit may be signed by both members of the management board (the President and the Vice-President of the foundation). 3. The President and the Vice-President may represent the foundation and incur obligations up to PLN 10,000 independently; above this amount, two-person representation is required.
