Manner of representation

1. Partner Jacenty Zatyka is entitled to represent the company independently in all matters. 2. Partner Anna Maria Górka is authorized to represent the company independently; however, in matters involving the disposal of a right or the incurring of obligations by the company in an amount exceeding PLN 30,000.00 (in words: thirty thousand złoty) in a single transaction, and, for continuing transactions during a one-year period, in an amount exceeding PLN 50,000 (in words: fifty thousand złoty), joint action with partner Jacenty Zatyka is required. 3. Partner Marcin Zatyka is authorized to represent the company independently; however, in matters involving the disposal of a right or the incurring of obligations by the company in an amount exceeding PLN 30,000.00 (in words: thirty thousand złoty) in a single transaction, and, for continuing transactions during a one-year period, in an amount exceeding PLN 50,000 (in words: fifty thousand złoty), joint action with partner Jacenty Zatyka is required. 4. Partner Piotr Zatyka is authorized to represent the company independently; however, in matters involving the disposal of a right or the incurring of obligations by the company in an amount exceeding PLN 30,000.00 (in words: thirty thousand złoty) in a single transaction, and, for continuing transactions during a one-year period, in an amount exceeding PLN 50,000 (in words: fifty thousand złoty), joint action with partner Jacenty Zatyka is required. 5. The granting of a commercial proxy requires the consent of all partners, but any partner may revoke the commercial proxy independently.
