Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the association: a) with regard to ordinary activities connected with conducting the affairs of the association and with regard to declarations of will up to PLN 20,000.00, the President of the Management Board acting independently is authorized; b) up to PLN 50,000.00, the joint action of two members of the management board is required; c) up to PLN 100,000.00, the joint action of three members of the management board is required; d) above PLN 100,000.00, the joint action of the entire management board is required.
