Manner of representation

For incurring property liabilities in the name of the association, the President or the Vice-President and the treasurer acting jointly are authorized. The association’s management board may authorize the President of the Management Board to independently make declarations of will in the name of the association before supervisory authorities, incur financial liabilities connected with the association’s day-to-day operations up to the amounts adopted in the budget, and conclude agreements with employees.
