Manner of representation

1. The association is represented externally by the President of the Management Board or, in the President's absence, by another authorised member of the management board. Incurring financial liabilities requires the action and signatures of two members of the management board, including the President. 2. Submission of declarations of will, signing documents, incurring liabilities and disposing of property requires the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President. 3. The management board may grant an attorney-in-fact authority to submit declarations of will, sign documents, incur liabilities and dispose of property.
