Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board or the President, or a member of the management board authorised by the President of the Management Board or the President, is authorised to make a valid declaration of will of the Federation, including to incur property liabilities. 2. In the case of incurring liabilities exceeding PLN 20,000, joint action by at least two members of the management board is required, including the President of the Management Board or the President, or a person authorised by the President of the Management Board or the President. 3. In special cases, the management board may, by resolution, grant a power of attorney to make declarations of will of the Federation independently, including in the case of incurring liabilities exceeding the amount specified in section 2. 4. Agreements concerning the employment of female and male employees, irrespective of the legal form–i.e. an employment contract, contract of mandate or contract for a specific task–are concluded independently by the President of the Management Board or the President, or by a female or male member of the management board authorised by the President of the Management Board or the President, subject to § 28 section 4. 5. In the case of employing the President of the Management Board or the President, irrespective of the legal form–i.e. an employment contract, contract of mandate or contract for a specific task–a resolution of the management board specifying the employment conditions is required.
