Overview
DLA KONTRASTU. Foundation for Independent Culture supports off-mainstream art by organizing artistic events and reflecting critically on this field. It also runs a small music and literary imprint and distributes releases by affiliated artists. The foundation has operated since 2016 and grew out of the DLA KONTRASTU artistic collective active in Warsaw since 2011.

In matters related to incurring property liabilities exceeding 10,000 złoty, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation shall be made by the President of the Management Board. 3. The management board may grant a temporary or permanent power of attorney to an employee of the foundation to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently.
