Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation shall, in the case of a multi-member management board, be made by the President of the Management Board independently or by the Vice-President of the Management Board together with a member of the management board, acting jointly. In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will shall be made by the President of the Management Board independently. 2. In legal acts between the foundation and the President of the Management Board and in a dispute with the President, the foundation shall be represented by the founder. If the founder is also the President of the Management Board, in legal acts between the foundation and the founder, the foundation should be represented by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the management board.
