In financial matters, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President or Vice-President, are required, subject to paragraph 3. 3. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters not related to incurring financial liabilities exceeding PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the Foundation may be made independently by the President of the Foundation. In matters concerning the President, declarations of will on behalf of the Foundation are made by the Vice-President. 4. The members of the management board may grant a general, type-specific or special power of attorney within the scope of their competences.
