Manner of representation

The company is represented by the general partner – DREW PAN limited liability company, represented individually by the President of the Management Board, KRZYSZTOF KŁOS. 1. In the case of a one-person management board, the representation of the general partner is individual and is not subject to limitations. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board, the following persons are authorised individually to make declarations and sign on behalf of the company: 1) the President of the Management Board without limitations; 2) members of the management board within the scope of ordinary activities; 3) commercial proxies or attorneys-in-fact of the management board within the limits of their authorisation. 3. Activities exceeding ordinary management include: 1) incurring an obligation or disposing of a right with a net value exceeding PLN 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand złoty); 2) granting a power of attorney or commercial proxy. 4. Making declarations and signing on behalf of the company in matters exceeding ordinary management requires the joint action of two members of the management board, or one member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy or attorney-in-fact.
