Overview
Związek Zawodowy Pilotów Morskich is a voluntary organization representing and protecting the professional, social and living interests of its members. The union supports and advises maritime pilots registered on the Szczecin Maritime Office pilot list and brings together people working in this profession.

1. The following are authorised to make declarations of will in property matters falling within the competence of the management board: the Chairperson of the Union’s management board, or a member of the management board authorised by him, together with the treasurer. 2. The joint action of two persons, including the treasurer, is required for a declaration of will to be effectively made. 3. In matters exceeding the ordinary scope of management of property, in particular matters concerning the acquisition, disposal and transfer of fixed assets, a resolution of the General Meeting of Members of the Union or of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Members of the Union is required.
