Manner of representation

The company is represented by general partners acting independently or limited partners acting independently or jointly as attorneys-in-fact or commercial proxies. The partner’s right to represent the company covers all judicial and extrajudicial acts of the company. The following method of representation of the partner–the general partner of the company “CERMAR INDUSTRY” spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Szczecin (KRS 140815)–has been disclosed in the KRS Register of Entrepreneurs: “In the case of a one-person management board, the company is represented by the sole member of the management board independently. In the case of a two-member management board, each member of the management board is entitled to represent the company independently up to an amount not exceeding PLN 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand zloty), and above this amount the joint action of two members of the management board is required.” The management board of the general partner, i.e. “CERMAR INDUSTRY” spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Szczecin, consists of the President of the Management Board, Marek Jan Stengert.
